Set the preferred display unit set for the users to view and author mass and balance properties

You can set the default, preferred display unit set for the users to view and author mass and balance properties by using a preference. The display unit set can be metric, non-metric, or any custom unit system.

Procedure

1. From Launcher, click Preferences.

If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.

2. Search for and open the UMS_Preferred_Display_Unit_Set preference.
3. Set the value of the preference to the required display unit set, for example, Metric, Non-Metric, or Metric (SI).

Results

The display unit set you specified becomes the default unit set for the user.
