Save column configuration
Procedure
- Right-click the column header and choose Save Column Configuration.
- The Save Column Configuration dialog box appears.
- Type values in the Name and Description boxes.
Caution: If the name exceeds 32 characters, the column configuration cannot be marked for publishing, deleted, or renamed.
Note: Column configuration names should be unique.
- Select the Scope option as User, Group, or Site.
Note: The options you see enabled depend on your role. If you are a site administrator, you see all three options enabled. If you are a group administrator, you see the User and Group options enabled. If you are not an administrator, no option displays and the column configuration is saved at the user level.
- Click Save.
Teamcenter creates a column configuration and saves it for the chosen scope.
