Restrict access to Solution Variant Category

Considering the business requirement, you can control which users and groups can view and modify the Solution Variant Category for solution variants within Teamcenter.

Procedure

1. In the Access Manager, you can add a new rule or modify an existing one for the Has Class POM object condition with Smc0SolutionVarSourceInfo value, and then define the desired read and write permissions for the specific users or groups.
2. You can evaluate and reorder the rule to determine its precedence in the Teamcenter environment.
