Creating bounding boxes

The Teamcenter bounding boxes are generated by populating the bounding box table in Teamcenter with the information from the UGPART-BBOX. The create_or_update_bbox_and_tso utility is used to generate the Teamcenter bounding boxes. This task is performed once, when you initially populate the database.
