plf_attach

This utility is used to add a part logistics form (PLF) to any items for which the PLF is missing. In BMIDE, the constant IsMRONeutralType must be set to true for the item to be an MRO Neutral Type, which is necessary to attach a PLF. The items to which the utility is applied are listed in a separate text file. You can attach a PLF with this utility to a single item or a list of items. If you include a parent in the list of items to add a PLF, Service Lifecycle Management also adds the PLF to the children. If any item in the list already has a PLF attached, it is not affected when the utility is executed. Syntax plf_attach [-h] -u=user_id -p=password | -g=group | -StructureAttributesDetailsFile=item-list-filename Arguments -u User name -p User password -g Group name -StructureAttributesDetailsFile Text file containing the item IDs of items to which the PLF is attached. Do not include tab characters in the text file. Comments are added by starting a line with a number sign #. The text file lists item IDs.
