Update access control

Log on to the Teamcenter Rich Client as an administrator and open the Access Manager application.

Create the following ACLs:

IPPE Admin And Finance Access	Role in Projects of Objects	Program Manager	Read, Write, Change ownership
IPPE Admin And Finance Access	Role	Corporate Finance	Read, Write
IPPE Admin Access	Role in Projects of Objects	Corporate Program Manager	Read, Write, Change ownership
IPPE Admin Access	Role in Projects of Objects	Program Manager	Read, Write, Change ownership

Update the rule tree as follows: (note: source page includes a rule-tree configuration graphic here, not reproduced.)

If any accessors or roles are not available, then you need to create those manually.
