Setting up the sample modeling tool to launch using a batch file

You can launch the sample modeling tool using a batch file.

Procedure

1. Open MockModelingTool.bat for editing from Location-of-MBSE-Integration-Services-Toolkit\mbse_integration_toolkit\integration.

2. Update the following entries in the batch file:

   • SDK_HOME — Path to the location where the MBSE Integration Services toolkit is extracted.
   • APPLICATION_NAME — The value of the applicationName entry in the integration definition file.

   Example:

   set SDK_HOME=C:\mbse_integration_toolkit
   set APPLICATION_NAME=ECAD
   

3. Run the MockModelingTool.bat file. The sample modeling tool launches and you see the logon screen.

4. Log on to Teamcenter. Ensure that the correct Teamcenter server URL is set.
