Configure occurrence substitutes and substitute groups

Configure Teamcenter such that users can add and manage occurrence substitutes and substitute groups.

Restrictions and limitations

• Your Teamcenter setup must include the BOM Structure Management license.

Procedure

1. Add the PSEnableOccToOccSubstituteGroups preference, and then set its value to true.

   Users can add occurrence substitutes to the items that are a part of the change notice.

2. In the AWC_StartupPreferences preference, specify the PSEnableOccToOccSubstituteGroups value.
