Override the default object template for frequent Word exports

Each Word export operation uses an object template to extract property values for the selected objects. You can override the current object template to set the default template for frequent exports of an object type.

Procedure

1. In the Home view, choose Tools -> Microsoft Office Templates -> Override Word templates. The Override Word templates dialog box opens.
2. In the Specification Template list, select the specification template that is associated with the object template you want to override.
3. In the Override Object Template for list, select the object type.
4. Under Available Object Templates, select the new object template and click the move-arrow button. The right pane displays your selections. If necessary, you can reverse the selections.
5. Click Save to store the template override settings for subsequent exports.
