Check the status of the MBSE Integration Services deployment using the deployment diagnostic tool

A deployment diagnostic tool is a utility that enables you to check the status of the MBSE Integration Services deployment.

You can access the deployment diagnostic tool from the bhm/utilities directory of the MBSE Integration Services Toolkit.

Prerequisites

To use the deployment diagnostic tool from the MBSE Integration Services Toolkit, ensure that you have configured MBSE Integration Services.

Procedure

1. From the bhm/utilities directory of the MBSE Integration Services Toolkit, run the diagnostictool.bat batch file:

diagnostictool.bat -toolType=integrating-tool [-outputDirectory=path-to-save-output-report] [-reportFormat=specify-report-format-either-HTML-or-CSV]

Example:

diagnostictool.bat -toolType=ALTIUM -outputDirectory=C:\mbse\reports -reportFormat=HTML

2. Log on to Teamcenter when the Teamcenter login dialog appears.

Results

The diagnostic report is generated, and the location of the diagnostic tool is displayed in the utility window.

The report shows which diagnostic tests were run and whether the tests passed, failed, or were not performed.
