Exchange data through Multi-Site Collaboration

Program Planning supports data sharing using Multi-Site Collaboration. When a program is exchanged between sites, the associated data is exchanged as well. A read-only replica of the data is created for each site on the shared list.

When using Multi-Site Collaboration for Program Planning, consider the following:

• Sharing a plan level will also share the associated plan levels and their event objects. However, sibling plan levels will not be shared.
