Release a color appearance Release a color appearance through the approval workflow to make it available for scoping colors in a color theme. Prerequisites Ensure you are in EBOM or Author workspace to access Color Library. Procedure From Launcher, click Color Library . If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access. In the Appearance tab, search for and open the recently created color appearance. Click More Commands > Manage > Submit to Workflow. In the Submit to Workflow panel, select All to view the available workflows. From the Template list, select the appropriate workflow template. Specify a Name, or accept the default. (Optional) Enter the Description. Click Submit. Results The color appearance is submitted to the workflow and becomes available for use in color themes on the configured approval statuses.
