Navigating requirement structures using Windows shortcut keys
Within the Requirements view, you can navigate through the structure using the following keys:
| Key | Definition |
|---|---|
| Page Up | Scroll up within the requirement specification structure. |
| Page Down | Scroll down within the requirement specification structure. |
| Home | Move to the first column in the selected line. |
| End | Move to the last column in the selected line. |
| ↑ | Move up one row in the structure. |
| ↓ | Move down one row in the structure. |
| ← | Move left one column in the structure. |
| → | Move right one column in the structure. |
| Ctrl-Q | Creates a new child or sibling in the structure based on the selected object. Enables the edit mode on the Rev Name column of the object if that column is displayed. |
| F2 | Enables the edit mode on the Rev Name column of the selected object if that column is displayed. |
| Ctrl-Up Arrow | Promotes the selected object in the structure. |
| Ctrl-Down Arrow | Demotes the selected object in the structure. |
| Ctrl-A | Selects all objects in the view. |
| Ctrl-C | Copies the selected lines to the clipboard. |
| Ctrl-X | Cuts the selected object. |
| Ctrl-V | Inserts the Clipboard contents below the selected item. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected object from the database. |
| Ctrl-N | Displays the Quick Create bar. |
