Enable the one to one mapping of each design occurrence to a separate part occurrence

By default, a design occurring multiple times in a design structure is aligned to a single part occurrence with the quantity same as the number of times the design occurs in the design structure. If you want each design occurrences to map to a separate part occurrence, set the FND0_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_ALIGNMENT_CRITERIA preference to False.
