About configuring partitions

You can change the default behavior of partitions as per your site requirements. That is, you can configure partitions as per your business requirements.

You can customize business objects and business object constants to meet your specific business requirements by using Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE).

Refer to the Data Model Documentation on Support Center for a complete list of data elements that you can customize. For example, to view the complete list of partition-related business objects, click the Business Object link and use the Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut in your browser to search for the Ptn prefix. Similarly, you can search for other data elements with the same prefix.
