Update color parts Once the initial color parts are generated, you can update them whenever structural changes occur in the engineering BOM structure, such as additions, removals, or replacements within the Less Finish assembly. Video The following video shows how to update color parts. Procedure Open an Assembly BOM or a Usage BOM with a variability scope attached, and go to the Content tab. Click Manage Color BOM . For each newly added Less Finish part occurrence within the Less Finish assembly node, assign the Appearance Area and Color Appearance. Select the root node of the BOM. Then, right-click and select Submit to Workflow . In the Submit to Workflow panel, complete the following actions. Select Template for the Update Color Parts. Click Submit.
