MBSE Integration Services ─ Deployment

Find an integration definition file

You can locate the integration definition file by identifying the dataset name stored in the tool-specific preference and then searching for that dataset. The name of the dataset that contains the integration definition file is stored in the Tool-ID_Mapping_Dataset_Name preference. For example, SYSML_Mapping_Dataset_Name.

If the preference is missing or empty, Teamcenter uses the default integration definition file.

Procedure

  1. From Home, select Preferences.

  2. Find the preference for the tool that you are working with.

The preference name uses the format Tool-ID_Mapping_Dataset_Name, for example, SYSML_Mapping_Dataset_Name.

  3. Copy the dataset name in the preference value.

  4. Search for the dataset.

  5. Open the dataset, and work with the integration definition file.

Note: You can attach only one integration definition file to a dataset.

Caution: Do not make any changes to the integration definition file name or dataset if you are using a MBSE Integration Services client previous to version 2606 that connects to a Teamcenter version 2606 or later.
