Configure a list of revision rules that a user can view for structures

Instead of showing all revision rules for users, you can limit the revision rules shown in the Revision list for structures. You can also specify the revision rules that are relevant to a group of users so that the users can quickly choose a revision rule. Users can click Show All in the Revision list to view all revision rules. For example, you can specify the revision rules that are relevant to engineering users by using this preference.

Procedure From Launcher, click Preferences. If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access. Open the AWBStructureRevRuleList preference and enter the revision rules. By default, the AWBStructureRevRuleList preference is empty. If this preference is not set, Teamcenter displays the revision rules that are defined in the AWC_Rev_Rule_List preference. If the AWC_Rev_Rule_List and AWBStructureRevRuleList preferences are empty, Teamcenter displays all the revision rules in the Revision list.
