Display multiple text lines in the structure view

The Body Cleartext column displays the text of an object's Word content.

To set the number of text lines to view in the Body Cleartext column, select a number from the Set the number of rows per line list, located above the column headings.

This enables the lines of text in the Body Cleartext column to wrap so you can view all, or a larger portion of, the text in the property column.

For example, in the first image, the number of rows per line is set to 1 and the system only shows one line of the text in the Body Cleartext property column. In the second image, the number of rows per line is set to 2. Therefore, the system shows two lines of text in the Body Cleartext property column, which happens to be all the text in the requirement and the paragraph content. You can increase the number of rows per line until you can see all or most of the text.

Note: Using the MultilineColumnProperties preference, Teamcenter administrators can configure for which column properties multiple lines of text can be displayed. The preference is set to the Body Cleartext property, bl_fulltext_body_cleartext, by default.
