Application process monitoring

Teamcenter runs various critical processes. Monitor these processes to ensure system availability to the end user. The following table lists critical processes. If any of the processes running as a Windows service is down, an error is logged to the Windows Event Viewer with information on date, time, error type, source (process), and server name. Set up automated log reading tasks to determine if a service is down and generate a critical event notification for the Teamcenter support group.
