Before manually starting Oracle Services (Windows systems)

These instructions for manually starting the Oracle listener and database services are applicable only if a service or instance is not configured to start automatically when the system is restarted or if a service or instance terminates unexpectedly. Note You cannot start all database instances at the same time after the system is started. To start all database instances at the same time, configure each database individually to start automatically following a system restart.
