Create a new tag

You can create a new tag and assign it to the selected branch.

Procedure

1. Search for a system model project and view the branch data in the Content work mode.

   Tip: Click Show/Hide Branches > Show All Branches from the panel toolbar to see all the branches for the system model project.

2. Select a branch from the list of displayed branches.

3. From the toolbar, click Manage Tags. The Assigned Tags and Available Tags sections display in the Manage Tags panel.

4. In the Available Tags section, click Create Tag.

   Note: If the tag is already created, you can select it from the list of tags in the Available Tags section.

5. Enter a name for the tag and then click Create. The newly created tag displays in the Assigned Tags section for the branch.

6. Click Save to assign the tag to the branch.
