Adjusting vault connection tolerances

If your site is experiencing issues with Teamcenter applications accessing Teamcenter vault, adjust the following vault-related tolerance parameters. Open the TC_ROOT\tc_vault_tls\vault_connector.properties file in a text editor and add or adjust the values of the following parameters as necessary. If you have multiple machines accessing the Teamcenter vault and they are displaying similar issues, you may need to update the file on those machines as well. After doing so, restart Teamcenter. VAULT_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT_IN_SEC Sets the timeout (in seconds) to establish the connection with the vault. Default value: 30 VAULT_REQUEST_TIMEOUT_IN_SEC Sets the timeout (in seconds) for the entire request-response operation. Default value: 10 VAULT_REQUEST_RETRIES Number of times to retry a vault request. Default value: 6 VAULT_REQUEST_RETRIES_INTERVAL_IN_SEC Interval (in seconds) before retrying a vault request. Default value: 5 VAULT_HEALTH_CHECK_TIMEOUT_IN_MINS Set the timeout (in minutes) to wait for TcVault to be available. Default value: 3
