Review the indexing information for a single structure using Active Workspace

You can review the indexing status for a specific structure in the Indexer and Search Administration Dashboard.

Procedure

1. From Launcher, click Indexer and Search Administration Dashboard. (If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access.)

2. Click Smart Discovery Index > Diagnostics.

3. Select a query and enter the specific search criteria.

4. Click Get Indexing Status. You can view the status summary and the indexing details in Smart Discovery Indexing Status.

5. In Status Summary, click an option to view the number of structures in each indexing status:

   • Indexed — the objects were indexed successfully.
   • Quarantined — the objects are quarantined and will not be indexed further.
   • MMV Indexed — the objects were indexed for massive model visualization (MMV).
   • MMV Tracked — the objects are being observed until geometry is added to the structures, after which they are indexed for MMV.
   • Non-indexed — the objects are not yet indexed.
   • All — displays objects in any indexing state.
