Update task properties (Schedule Task Execution view)
Procedure
In either My Teamcenter, My Worklist, or the Schedule Manager application, select a schedule task.
Note: Only the user assigned the task or the schedule coordinator can make execution updates.
Choose Window → Show View → Other.
The Show View dialog box is displayed.
Select Schedule Task Execution view from the list.
Click OK.
The Schedule Task Execution view shows the contents of the selected schedule task.
Update the task attributes, as desired. You can include the state attribute as read-only.
State values relative to status values

| Complete | Abandoned |
| Aborted | Aborted |
Note: You can only update execution data from this view. You can use this view anywhere in the rich client where you can select a schedule task.
Set the SM_EXEC_VIEW_PROPERTIES preference to specify the properties displayed in the execution view and the order in which they are displayed.
