Deciding order when visualizing a part structure
Teamcenter first looks for the in-context data, such as a PLM XML / JT file, directly associated with the part occurrence. If no in-context data is found, it then looks at the associated primary design revision for the PLM XML / JT file. The following is the deciding order when visualizing a part structure. Any first match will be returned. PLM XML assembly file attached directly to the part revision with absolute occurrence relation (in-context data). JT file attached to the part revision with absolute occurrence relation (in-context data). PLM XML assembly file from its primary design representation. JT file from its primary design representation.
