Caution: This procedure also removes all lower level objects below the requirement or paragraph.

Note:

• This procedure does not delete the object and its subordinates from Teamcenter but only removes them from the structure.
• The object is not removed from the structure if you delete the related content from the Word document window.

Procedure

In the Requirements pane, right-click the requirement or paragraph and choose Mark for Deletion.

A red strike-through marks the following:

• The selected object in the Requirements pane
• The related content in the Word document window
• All lower level objects in the Requirements pane and their content in the document window

Note: The marked objects are removed from the structure when you commit changes to Teamcenter. Until you commit the changes, you can undo the strike-through by right-clicking the object and choosing Unmark for Deletion.
