Visualize structures

You visualize structures to perform visual inspection of the structure elements, and their location and orientation in the structure.

You can view connections (for example, welds) and item elements (for example, General Design Elements and ports) in the tree structure and in the 3D tab.

If the structure is indexed for massive model visualization (MMV), you can view the 3D model of it.

Procedure

1. Open a structure and click.Details > 3D .
2. Select a structure element. The selected element is highlighted in the 3D tab.
3. Select an element in the 3D tab. The corresponding structure element is selected. However, multi-selecting in the 3D tab does not select the corresponding elements.
