Modify the verification test export report by editing the corresponding specification template

You can edit the Configuration section of the default verification request specification export template, which maps specific HTML Object Templates to secondary objects under a defined context. This allows verification request content such as Requirements, Systems, and Functions to display in tabular format in the exported Word file.

The Configuration section contains a table with three columns that define how objects are mapped and displayed in the report:

Column	Description
Context	The primary start object, such as Verification Request, Test, or Sim Request, under which the mapping applies.
Secondary	The list of secondary objects within the Verification Request that you want to list or display in the report.
Object Template	The HTML Object Template that defines which properties display in the table and their display order.

Procedure

1. In Teamcenter, navigate to Home\RequirementsManagement Templates\ObjectTemplates.
2. Select the VR_default_Specification_Export_template specification export template. A preview of the template appears in the Overview.
3. Click Documentation > Edit.
4. In the Configuration section, do any of the following:
   • For a selected Context, add or remove secondary object types from the Secondary column.
   • Modify or update the HTML Object template name in the Object Template column. Teamcenter provides multiple out-of-the-box HTML templates.
5. Click Save.
