Generating automated messages for users

Active Collaboration can automatically generate messages on Discussion panels. Receiving automated messages can be helpful for users when discussions are updated on the Discussions panel. To generate automatic messages for users, set the Ac0AutoMessagesEnable preference to true. The default value is true. Automated messages are generated when a participant is added to or removed from the discussion, a tracked discussion's status is changed, or there are changes to privacy.
