Enable effectivity propagation

To propagate the effectivity of an active change notice to a part occurrence, set the Cm0UsageEffectivityPropagationMode business object constant. By default, the effectivity is not propagated from the active change notice to a part usage as the default value of this business object constant is NoPropagation.

To propagate the effectivity, set the value as Occurrence. On doing so, the effectivity is propagated from the active change notice to the occurrence (PSOccurrence) associated with the parent item revision (Ebm0PartProductRevision or PartRevision).
