Define when to create the BOM generation report

Users can generate a design structure from an engineering BOM (Usage BOM or Assembly BOM), and vice versa. By default, a report is created only when the design structure or engineering BOM generation fails. This is because the default value of the Pma0_Report_Generation_Options preference is only_on_error.

If you want the report to be created even when the design structure or engineering BOM generation is successful, change the value of this preference to yes.
