Publish saved column configurations for site level reuse

Note: A saved column configuration must be marked as publishable before it can be published.

You must have administrator privileges to publish a saved column configuration.

Procedure

1. Choose Publish Column Configuration from the view menu.
2. In the Available pane, select the name of the column configuration you want to publish.
3. Click the right-arrow button to move the name of the column configuration to the Published pane.
4. Click OK.
