Create a new effectivity group

Procedure In My Teamcenter, choose File→New→Item. Teamcenter displays the New Item dialog box. Select Effectivity Group, enter the necessary name, description, and identifier, and then click Finish. Teamcenter creates the base revision of the new effectivity group. (Effectivity groups cannot be revised, and you are unable to create further revisions of the new group.)
