Set a default license server for a site

During Teamcenter installation, a Default Local License Server (DLLS) is defined. That DLLS is the default license server for users logging on to the site. An administrator can specify a different license server as the default for the site either indirectly or directly: indirectly by changing the Teamcenter default license server, which affects all sites in the Teamcenter environment that point to the DLLS. directly for a single site by ensuring that a license server reference for the intended license server exists in the site. You can use either of two methods to assign a license server reference to the site: Use the site_util utility with the -license_server argument. Use the Organization application. As an administrator, log on to the rich client and open the Organization application. Select the site and in the License Server box, assign a license server to a site.
