Configure role-based display of all child items in an engineering change

As an administrator, you can update your configuration to display all child items for a structure by default within an engineering change, based on user roles. This configuration helps specific roles, such as reviewers, to efficiently analyze all items, including impacted, solution, and unaffected, while allowing other roles to focus solely on relevant changes.

Procedure From Launcher, click Preferences. If this option is unavailable, search for it. You can pin it from the search results for future access. In the Organization section, search for a role and select it. Search for the CM_Show_All_Children_Within_Change preference, and then select it. Click Override . In the Add Override panel, ensure the desired role is selected, and then set the value to true. Click Add to close the Add Override panel and set the preference.
