Apply exemption from regulation

Note The compliance officer performs this procedure.

Procedure Select an item revision or structure line, and then choose Tools→Apply Exemptions. Teamcenter displays the Apply Exemptions dialog box. Select one of the regulations listed in the dialog box, and then click OK. Teamcenter starts the exemption workflow and adds a new task to the compliance officer’s worklist. In the workflow viewer, the compliance officer selects one or more exemption with its expiry date, enters the reason for the exemption in the Comments box, and then clicks Save to complete the exemption workflow.
