View the authoring change notice and the changes made to the structure element, and the change dashboard for the product

View the authoring change notice for a selected structure element, or access an interactive change dashboard to see how change notices impact a top-level product and its immediate sub-assemblies. You can also review the modification history of a structure element.

Procedure

1. Open the required structure and select the structure element.
2. Go to the Changes tab. In the Changes section, you can see the authoring change notice for the selected structure element. If the selection is top level product, then you can see the interactive change dashboard listing all the change notices under which the top product is impacted along with change notices in which its first level part usages are added or updated. Here, click on the PI chart to filter between the change notices as required. This dashboard is only visible for top product but your administrator can enable it for assemblies below the top product as well.
3. Go to the History tab. All the modifications or revisions made to the selected structure element with their respective change notices are listed under Change History.
