Unable to run Dispatcher components as Windows service due to missing DLL file

You cannot run Dispatcher components as Windows service if the msvcr71.dll file is missing from your Windows system directory. To add this file to the Windows system directory: Copy the msvcr71.dll file from the Teamcenter-install-kit\install\install\jre\bin directory to your Windows system directory. For example, copy msvcr71.dll to C:\Windows\SysWOW64. OR Add the Teamcenter-install-kit\install\install\jre\bin directory to the system path variable.
