Remove columns from a view

Do one of the following to remove columns from the view:

To remove one column

  1. Right-click the header of the column that you want to remove and choose Remove this column.
  2. Click Yes to remove the column.

The changes you made to the column configuration override the default column configuration; however, you can restore the default column configuration at any time by selecting Default from the Select a saved configuration list.

To remove multiple columns

  1. Right-click in the header of any column and choose Insert column(s).
  2. In the Change Columns dialog box, select attributes from the Displayed Columns list and click the Remove button.
  3. (Optional) To save the column configuration:
    • Click Save.
    • In the Save Column Configuration dialog box, type a name and description for the configuration, for example Requirement properties.
    • Click Save.
  4. In the Change Columns dialog box, click Apply and then click Close.
