Configure failover license servers

To define a reference to a trio of license servers that are set up in Redundant Server Configuration, use the following procedure in the Teamcenter rich client Organization perspective. Procedure Define references to the failover license servers (the second and third servers listed in the Redundant Server Configuration enabled license file). Each reference consists of Host, Port, and Protocol information. Define a reference to the primary license server (the first server listed in the license file). In addition to the Host, Port, and Protocol information, add the references for the failover license servers to the Failover License Server(s) list. When the Redundant Server Configuration is intended to be the default license server for the site, the best practice is to do the following: In the License Servers category, set the Default Local License Server definition to the first server listed in the license file. In the Site object definition, set the license server to the Default Local License Server reference.
