What is a requirement specification?

A requirement specification is a container for requirement and paragraph objects. Within a requirement specification, these objects can be structured in a hierarchy of parent, child, and sibling relationships.

To build a structure manually:

1. Create a requirement specification object at the top level.
2. Add the structure elements by creating requirements and paragraphs at lower levels.
