Update task properties (Properties dialog box)
Procedure
- Select the task in the task table and perform one of the following to display the Properties dialog box:
- Choose File → Properties.
- Right-click the task and choose Properties.
- Double-click the task.
Note: Use Shift or Ctrl to select multiple tasks. If you select multiple tasks and display the Properties dialog box, any values you enter apply to all selected tasks. Note: The General tab displays the out-of-the-box properties. The All tab does not display task properties the same way as the General tab. Siemens Digital Industries Software recommends using the General tab to modify task properties.
- Modify the properties you want to update.
Note: You may not be able to modify certain properties for summary tasks in the Properties dialog box. You can update those properties in the task table instead.
- Click OK to save your changes.
