Complete TcIF post-installation tasks

Create a Teamcenter user for TcIF as follows:

1. Log on to the Teamcenter Rich Client as an administrator and open the Organization application.
2. Create a user with the following details:
   • User Name: tcifproxy
   • Group: dba
   • Role: DBA
