Organizing functional and logical hierarchies

Functions and logical blocks can be created at specific levels, promoted to higher levels, demoted to lower levels, and moved up or down within a level.

For each object, the Number property value shows the level in the hierarchy and the position within the level.

As the structure changes, those values are renumbered automatically for affected objects.

Note If the top-level object type is not a child of the Specification object type, you must modify the top-level type to enable moving objects between levels in structures.
