Configure MBSE Integration Services using the sample modeling tool

You can configure MBSE Integration Services by setting up mandatory server properties and connection parameters in the sample modeling tool to enable integration between your modeling environment and Teamcenter.

Procedure

1. Start the sample modeling tool by running the configuration you created or running the batch file.
2. In the sample modeling tool, click the Configuration tab and add the configuration properties. The following properties are mandatory:
   • Teamcenter Server URL
   • Bootstrap URLs
   • Temporary File Cache Directory
   • Hosting URL
   • Hosting URL Key
   • Staging Directory
3. Click Save Configurations.

Results

The configuration files are created in %ProgramData%\Siemens\MBSE\bhm. The following files are created:

• CommonClient.properties: Contains configuration information.
• BHMClient.properties: Contains information about the staging directory. The staging directory is specific to each tool.
