View a structure in other applications

You can open and view a structure in other applications, such as NX and CATIA. If the structure exists within a partition, you can open the partition itself in some other application, so that one or more structures within that partition are opened.

Application	Action
Teamcenter Lifecycle Visualization	Select Open > Open in Visualization .
Rich client	Select Open > Open in Rich Client .
Designcenter NX	Select Open > Open in Designcenter NX to open the selected element. Select Open > Open Product in Designcenter NX to open the entire product structure.
Solid Edge	Select Open > Open in Solid Edge .
Illustrator	Select Open > Open in Illustrator .
CATIA	Select Open > Open in CATIA .
Supplyframe	Select Open > Open in Supplyframe .
