Use the filter controls
Procedure
- Do one of the following:
- Click Show Filters from the toolbar.
- Click the View Menu button from the view and choose Show Filters.
- The filter controls appear directly above the column headings in the table display.
- Use the following filter controls to filter the data in the columns.
Filter controls
- Filter Controls buttons — Use the Filter Controls buttons to apply and clear the filter settings:
- Filter the data — Applies the filter settings to the table data. Filtering the data determines which rows appear in the table, based on the filter criteria.
- Unfilter the data — Cancels the filter operation and displays all rows in the table data. This action does not clear the settings in the filter controls.
- Filter operators — Select the conditional operator for filtering the property column data.
- Filter criteria — Select the criteria value for the property column data, to which the conditional operator is applied.
