What is the Teamcenter management console?

The Teamcenter management console is a secure web interface for dynamically managing and monitoring server-side components in four-tier Java EE deployments, such as server manager pools, the web tier, and TcServer instances. Administrators can use the console to perform many Teamcenter management tasks from a single page containing tabbed pages for different aspects of components. For security, this console supports SSL. Changes made in the console affect running Teamcenter components; when the components are stopped and restarted, configurations reset to the values contained in respective configuration files.
