Using revision rules from My Teamcenter

You can create revision rules and save them as workspace objects. These workspace objects can be referenced by folders in other applications, for example, My Teamcenter. You can copy a revision rule into My Teamcenter. You can also search in My Teamcenter to locate a particular rule. You can then reference a rule within a particular item or revision for configuration purposes. You can view the contents of a revision rule in My Teamcenter by clicking the Viewer tab. This displays the list of entries in the rule.
